Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Managing Director role based in the Pune Division.

The Managing

Director will oversee overall business operations, set strategic direction, and ensure the company’s growth and profitability in the travel services market.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, and strengthening relationships with key partners such as airlines, hotels, and regulatory authorities. The role involves monitoring financial performance, optimizing processes, enhancing customer experience,



and ensuring compliance with relevant travel and business regulations.

The Managing

Director will also represent TripCiti in high-level negotiations and industry events, and make data-driven decisions to expand services and markets.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding and developing diverse teams.
- Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities, including setting goals and driving execution.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industry is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, timely decisions in a quick-paced environment.
