- Work experience in domain of passenger cars / Automotive vehicle - Interiors Door Trims & Pillar Trims.
- Knowledge of Plastic part designs, understanding of new technologies in Interior Trims , joineries methods, assembly process etc.
- Valuable understanding of GD&T;, tolerance calculations, part locating strategy , Manufacturing process & understanding of designing of Plastic, Rubber, FRP, NVH & Insulation parts.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for automotive Body system parts
- Able to check the designs on CATIA-V5.
- Ability to handle independent Body related projects and responsible for individual team output.
- Lead & guide the team of min.10 team members and result oriented
