Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead strategic, high-impact HR initiatives across the organization. The role involves driving HR transformation projects, process improvements, HR analytics, organizational change, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, talent, performance, and retention programs.
- Analyze and improve HR processes and frameworks.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights.
- Support organizational restructuring and HR change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Required Skills
- 9–12 years of HR experience with 4+ years leading enterprise-wide HR projects.




- Strong understanding of all HR functions.
- Experience in HR transformation, project management, and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Candidates from Management Consulting or CEO/CHRO Office backgrounds are preferred.
