Manager – Social Impact & NGO Partnerships

Ideacraft & Brandict | Corporate Merchandise Sustainability Social Impact

About Ideacraft & Brandict

Ideacraft is a technology-driven B2B digital marketplace and sourcing ecosystem for branded merchandise, corporate gifting and employee engagement solutions. We are building a more organized, transparent and scalable way for companies to source, manage and deliver merchandise through technology, automation and a strong supplier network. Our solutions span brand stores, on-demand gifting, automated gifting, custom kitting and bespoke merchandise.

Brandict is our Dubai-headquartered private-label merchandise brand, created for the global promotional products market. It brings together product excellence, sustainability and social impact as three core pillars of every product story. Brandict works with distributors and corporate merchandise partners internationally, with a focus on thoughtful design, responsible materials and products that can communicate a meaningful impact story through QR-led storytelling.

Across both businesses, we want social impact to be embedded into commerce rather than treated as a one-time CSR activity. Our objective is to build credible NGO partnerships, support measurable initiatives and enable customers to see how their purchases can contribute to people, communities and a better tomorrow.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Social Impact & NGO Partnerships to build and manage the social-impact ecosystem for Ideacraft and Brandict. The role will identify credible NGOs and social enterprises, evaluate their processes, structure partnerships, coordinate impact programs and convert verified outcomes into authentic stories that can be shared with our customers. This is an execution-oriented role requiring regular field interaction,

strong documentation and the ability to work closely with internal marketing, sourcing, operations and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, meet and evaluate NGOs, foundations, social enterprises and community organizations aligned with education, hunger, livelihood, environment, inclusion and other relevant causes.

Conduct basic due diligence on prospective partners, including governance, registrations, utilization of funds, program capability, transparency and evidence of impact.

Build a curated network of credible partners across India and, progressively, other markets relevant to Ideacraft and Brandict.

Design practical impact programs linked to orders, products or defined campaigns, with explicit contribution mechanics, beneficiaries and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate with NGO partners on implementation, timelines, documentation, photographs, beneficiary stories, utilization records and periodic impact reporting.

Create a simple internal framework to track contributions and outcomes so that customer-facing impact claims remain accurate, traceable and defensible.

Work with marketing and creative teams to convert verified impact into concise website, catalogue, QR-code and campaign stories without exaggeration or tokenism.

Support the Brandict QR-story proposition by developing authentic social-impact narratives that can be associated with relevant products and programs.

Coordinate employee volunteering,

donation drives or community initiatives where these strengthen the overall impact program.

Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards for management covering partners, funds deployed, beneficiaries/outcomes, active initiatives, documentation status and next priorities.

Maintain complete records of MOUs, approvals, partner documents, reports and impact evidence; escalate compliance or reputational concerns promptly.

What We Are Looking For

3–7 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO partnerships, social impact, sustainability, foundations, development sector or a comparable role.

Strong field orientation — comfortable visiting NGOs and project locations, speaking with beneficiaries and independently validating execution.

Good understanding of NGO operations, documentation and basic CSR/compliance processes; ability to distinguish genuine impact from marketing claims.

Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Structured, ethical and detail-oriented, with a high level of ownership and sensitivity while working with communities and partners.

Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and build the function from the ground up.

Success in This Role

Success will mean building a trusted network of impact partners, establishing a disciplined process for selecting and monitoring initiatives, creating measurable and well-documented outcomes, and ensuring that every impact story communicated by Ideacraft or Brandict is credible, human and supported by evidence.

Purpose of the role: Make social impact a measurable part of every relevant order and product story — not an afterthought.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Benefits

- Health insurance
- Paid sick time
- Provident Fund
