Role & responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Control: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of RBI returns, statutory compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax), and adherence to NBFC prudential norms.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily liquidity, optimize cash flows, and support fund-raising activities and banking relationships.
- Audit Management: Lead the coordination for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits to ensure clean and timely closures.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Assist in formulating annual budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances to support decision-making.
