Magic Bus India Foundation is one of the leading NGOs in education and skilling in India. Over the past 26 years, the organisation has established a strong presence across 22 states and union territories, impacting on the lives of young people from underserved communities between the ages of 12 to 25 years. Through its two distinct programmes - the Adolescent Programme and Livelihood Programme, Magic Bus equips young people with essential life and employability skills to help them move out of poverty and lead sustainable lives.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to build and train a high-potential Face to face fundraising team which includes Street and outreach event fundraising and any other module which gives the best ROI.

Build fundraising plans to generate revenue with progressive ROI.

Build a robust team that is adequate and has enough knowledge and attitude to represent the organization.

Develop, Manage and nurture a high-performing which consists of fundraisers.

Ensure continuous flow of funds by adapting to any external and internal changes.

Identify and strategize various fundraising models to tap all kinds of audiences.

Represent Magic Bus professionally and ethically at all times.





Effectively manage the city ensuring optimal performance and team discipline.

Own up the share allocated as per annual targets and deliver without fail.

Ensure all staff adheres to the HR norms and policies of the company.

Hire the best resources and maintain headcount as per the annual plan with the help of the recruitment team.

Responsible and accountable for all conflict and change management in the city.

Periodically and systematically report performance and activities to the Associate Director - Fundraising

Basic Qualification And Experience

HSC or Graduate with atleast 7+ Years of experince into fundrasing.

3+ Years Team Handling Experience

Personal attributes requirements

Should have managed a team.

Demonstrated people management skills- ability to guide, motivate and build a high-performing team

Very good training, mentoring, and motivational skills

Ability to work on high-pressure target-bound assignments

Good Interpersonal skills

High on energy

Ability to lead a team and be accountable for its performance
