Role Description The Revenue Manager - Hospitality is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala, responsible for overseeing pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization across VOYE HOMES’ portfolio of properties. This role involves analyzing demand patterns, occupancy trends, and market data to develop dynamic pricing strategies and maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).

The Hotel Revenue

Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align rate plans, promotions, and distribution strategies across channels. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance reports, f orecasting revenues, managing rate parity, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition and reporting .



The role also includes recommending new packages, tracking competitor performance, and supporting leadership with insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in Revenue Management / OTA / Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Agile Pricing, Forecasting, ADR & RevPAR .
- Experience in OTA, PMS, Channel Manager & Distribution Management .
- Strong analytical, decision-making & problem-solving skills .
- Proven ability in team handling and performance management .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis .
- Ability to coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Operations & Property Owners .
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and revenue reporting tools .
- Ability to work on-site in Kakkanad, Kochi and adapt in a fast-growing, technology-driven hospitality environment.
