Job Title: Manager- Projects

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Projects to lead and manage pharmaceutical project activities, particularly for sterile and ophthalmic manufacturing facilities. The role will be responsible for project execution, installation, qualification, and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ophthalmic and sterile process equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification.
- Manage civil and infrastructure projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Lead installation and qualification of utilities including Transformer, DG, Boiler, Air Compressor, and Chiller.
- Manage HVAC projects for ISO 5, ISO 7, and ISO 8 classified areas.
- Lead Purified Water(PW/PWS) and Water for Injection (WFI/SWFI) system projects.
- Manage EMS/BMS projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Coordinate project activities with Engineering, Production, QA, Validation, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects comply with GMP, QA, USFDA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support CSV systems and MES L2 integration activities.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, vendors, and execution milestones.
- Ensure proper qualification, documentation, commissioning, and handover of project systems.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of Ophthalmic / Sterile Process Equipment and qualification.




- Experience in pharmaceutical sterile facility projects.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems for classified areas.
- Experience with PW/PWS and WFI/SWFI systems.
- Knowledge of EMS/BMS systems.
- Understanding of CSV and MES L2 integration.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and QA compliance.
- Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and execution skills.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech. / Bachelors Degree in Engineering in any discipline.
- Qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering disciplines will be preferred.

Experience:

- 10-20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Projects, preferably in USFDA-regulated facilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sterile manufacturing/project applications.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and commissioning.
