About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment mandates, building strong client relationships, partnering with stakeholders, and successfully delivering niche and critical hiring requirements across multiple industries.

This role requires a combination of client management, stakeholder engagement, business understanding, and hands-on sourcing expertise for specialized positions.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and hiring stakeholders.
- Gather, understand, and translate hiring requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct requirement qualification calls with clients and hiring managers.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and timely delivery of mandates.

Recruitment Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Manage multiple niche and leadership hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Ensure quality submissions within agreed timelines.

Team & Process Management

- Drive recruitment planning and execution for assigned accounts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and client reporting.




- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards.
- Mentor junior recruiters, where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or executive search organization.
- Strong experience handling client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Domain Expertise The candidate must have recruitment experience in at least one of the following domains:

- Oil & Gas
- Automotive
- Manufacturing
- Power & Energy
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
- Sales & Commercial Hiring
- EMS (Electronic Manufacturing)
- Metal & Minning

Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and market mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates.
- Consultative approach towards clients and candidates.

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
