Key Responsibilities

- Lead operational procurement strategy for fan components and materials.
- Ensure timely availability of RM-PM - Electronic, Mechanical, Packaging and other direct materials as per production plan.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and productivity initiatives.
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- Identify and qualify alternate suppliers for critical components.
- Monitor inventory levels and improve working capital efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, R&D;, and Finance teams.
- Mitigate supply chain risks/bottlenecks and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Ensure develop robust procurement team to leverage supplies to achieve CLIP.
- Expertise in cost analysis, supply chain optimization, and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
