Role & responsibilities

- Ensure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan.
- Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT).
- Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
- Improve vehicle turnaround time for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and reduction of reportable incidents.
- Maintain product quality standards and minimize customer complaints.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through productive production planning and timely dispatch.
- Lead and manage plant manpower, production planning, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, and contract labour.

Preferred candidate profile

Products: Grey (Cement-based products) and White-based products. The candidate must have experience working with cement-based machinery. The candidate should have prior experience as a Plant Manager or Location Head and must possess strong knowledge of factory compliance and plant operations. Additionally, the candidate should be fluent in the Gujarati language.
