About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager with strong expertise in Bulk/Volume Hiring, Team Handling and Recruitment Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring mandates, leading recruiters and ensuring end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of recruiters handling bulk/volume hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: requirement sourcing interviews selection offer joining.
- Handle multiple clients, requirements and locations simultaneously.
- Set and monitor recruiter/team targets, productivity and TAT.
- Manage recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly performance reports.




- Identify hiring bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Handle client/stakeholder communication and escalations.
- Train and mentor recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure smooth recruitment operations and timely delivery against hiring targets.

Requirements
- 810+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing.
- Solid experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring.
- Proven team handling and people management experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations and processes.
- Experience managing multiple clients/requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership of hiring delivery.
