Key Responsibilities

1. Onshore &
- Offshore Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and timely execution of requirements.

- Daily Operations Management: Coordinate daily activities, priorities, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and escalations across multiple technical and operational teams.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage IT, Technical Support, Infrastructure, and offshore teams while ensuring effective workload distribution and achievement of delivery objectives.

- Resource &

- Performance Management:

Plan resource requirements, allocate workloads, monitor team productivity and performance, and coordinate with HR and management for staffing needs.

- IT Infrastructure Management: Take ownership of the offshore IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, endpoints, connectivity, and other technology components.

- IT Security &

- Business Continuity:

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and support access management, data backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and related security initiatives.

- Infrastructure Projects: Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, technology migrations, installations, maintenance activities, and technology refresh projects.

- Technical Support Operations: Oversee technical support operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs and operational KPIs.

- IT Processes &

- Documentation:

Establish and maintain IT processes, standards, procedures, configurations, troubleshooting documentation, and operational best practices.

- Automation &

- Scripting:

Develop or review basic scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies to automate repetitive IT and operational tasks.

- Application &

- Technical Architecture:

Provide technical guidance on application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations,



cloud technologies, development frameworks, and high-level technical designs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, business, HR, management, and external vendors to address technical requirements, risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.

- Management Reporting: Provide regular management updates on offshore delivery, infrastructure performance, team resources, operational KPIs, risks, technical issues, and project progress.

Required Skills

- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, technical operations, software development, or related technology roles.

- Proven experience in managing offshore IT and technical teams and driving day-to-day technology operations.

- Strong experience in onshoreoffshore coordination, stakeholder communication, and managing global teams.

- Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity.

- Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and technical support operations.

- Ability to independently evaluate technical requirements and make infrastructure decisions for an offshore environment.

- Strong understanding of servers, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, backup, monitoring, and IT security.

- Basic scripting and automation knowledge using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of software/application architecture, development lifecycle, and technical design.

- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, cloud technologies, and up-to-date application architectures is desirable.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.

- Ability to work effectively with global and onshore teams across different time zones.

- Strong organizational, project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
