Qualification: Bachelor / master’s degree in commerce / statistics/economics / MBA in Finance

Experience : More than 08-10 years in MFI/ NBFC / banking organisations in Fraud Investigation / Internal Audit

? Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a agile and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Investigation (Audit) at Daltonganj, Jharkhand.

Responsible for the timely completion and delivery of audits and fraud investigations of all allocated branches as per annual audit plan within the scheduled time for self and Team members.

As per situation requirement and instructions from dept. staff is Responsible to do the independent Center Visits & branch visits without depending on stake holder and to get completed for all Teams members.

Coordinate with field team,



HO IA/FRT team and stakeholders to conclude audit /fraud findings and ensure to communicate audit/fraud findings to stakeholders in a timely manner; obtain response on audit Investigation issues from stakeholders within agreed timelines.

Perform analysis to arrive at high-risk branches/areas where more focus required and timely communicate to the reporting manager on the ‘outcome’ of such analysis

Ensure to do follow-up action on open fraudinvestigation issues till closure

Ensure timely escalation and reporting of critical audit / investigation findings to the reporting managers.

Responsible to do quality check of the Investigation reports before issuance. Etc.
