We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive effective people practices. The role will focus on employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce and people requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage performance management processes, including KPI/KRA, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent requirements.
- Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Analyse HR metrics and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.




- Identify employee and organisational challenges and recommend appropriate HR interventions.
- Work closely with management to implement HR policies and processes effectively.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably with robust HRBP experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
