Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 6–8 years of experience to manage and strengthen the organization's HR function.
The person will be responsible for KRA &
- KPI management, performance management, recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, employee engagement, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and people development.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing HR processes while working closely with management and department heads to build a structured and performance-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities
KRA, KPI &
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement KRA and KPI frameworks across departments.
- Work with department heads to define measurable KRAs and KPIs for employees.
- Establish and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review processes.
- Track employee performance against defined KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Manage appraisal, increment, promotion, and performance review processes.
- Prepare performance reports and present relevant insights to management.
Recruitment &
- Manpower Planning
- Manage recruitment from manpower requirement to employee joining.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare and update job descriptions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor recruitment timelines and hiring requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- Handle employee queries and concerns.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Ensure smooth exit and full & final coordination.
HR Policies &
- Processes
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Standardize HR processes across departments.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
Employee Engagement &
- Retention
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop employee recognition and reward programs.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Work on initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
HR Operations &
- Payroll Coordination
- Oversee attendance, leave, employee records, and HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Accounts team.
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and employee data.
- Prepare regular HR MIS and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Compliance
- Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants or statutory partners where required.
- Maintain necessary compliance records and documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
Management Reporting

- Work closely with management and department heads on people-related matters.
- Support manpower planning and organizational requirements.
- Identify employee development and training needs.
- Support organizational changes and people-related initiatives.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management.

- Effective implementation of KRA and KPI frameworks.
- Timely completion of performance reviews and appraisals.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in KRA, KPI, performance management, and appraisals.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with senior management.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
