Role- Indirect Taxation & Litigation

Job Location - Bangalore

Experience - 5+ yrs.

Key Responsibilities

candidate should be responsible for:

 Managing end to end GST audits, notices, appeals related matters.

 Review all draft replies for notices, SCNs, appeals and timely closure to meet overall statutory submission timelines.

 Collaboration with consultants and internal stake holders to finalize the draft replies for all type of notices, SCNs and appeals and ensure timely submissions as per statutory timelines.

 Ensuring completeness and correctness of details to be submitted to government authorities along with Key reconciliations.

 Review monthly GST returns, annual returns and ensure pro-active data and reconciliation readiness to manage future audits.

 Ensure department visits to attend PH for GST related matters

 Ensure tracking of all open matters and timely submissions with tax authorities.





 Ensure department visits for attending PH or other matters related to indirect taxes.

 Ensure tracking of all notices reply trail along with automations, past back up data for all submissions and inputs to consultants for future submissions.

 In-depth understanding of GST compliance processes from monthly and annual return filling perspective.

 Assistance in providing advisory to internal teams for tax related changes and implementation of key changes introduced by tax authorities.
