Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of fund accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and capital calls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in fund accounting records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors to facilitate smooth annual audit processes.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in private equity fund accounting, preferably as a Manager or Senior Manager.
- Robust knowledge of fund accounting principles, including NAV calculation, capitalization, and distribution waterfall methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications such as FactSet or Investran.
