Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and analysis of Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement

2. Preparation of monthly management MIS and performance presentations for Senior Management and Board of Directors

3. Drive monthly performance reviews with Business/Functional Heads and track action items.

4. Preparation of Budgets / Annual Business Plans by coordinating with Business Heads

5. Partner with Business Unit Heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts and consolidate the overall business plan.

6. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimisation and EBITDA improvement.

7. Develop financial models for business cases, new initiatives and strategic decisions.

8. Conduct benchmarking analysis of key revenue and cost metrics

9. Drive automation and simplification of FP&A; processes and management reporting.

10. Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis

11. Monitor and track KPIs of the business.

12. Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of actual vs. budget/forecast performance

13. Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

14. Develop and maintain financial models and rolling forecasts

15. Perform trend analysis to identify business opportunities and risks

16. Provide insights and detailed analysis on key revenue and cost drivers

17. Partner with Senior Management and Business Heads in developing financial and strategic plans

18. Support Senior Management and Department Heads with actionable insights and in-depth financial and operational analysis.

19. Translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights and recommendations for management.

20. Preparation/submission of MIS as required by Investors at regular intervals

21. Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and manage timelines effectively

Experience in managing information and analytical requirements from cross-functional teams

23. Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and drive closure of key action items.

Specifics:

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

2. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis skills.

3. Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, revenue, cost and EBITDA drivers.

4. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with an automation and continuous-improvement mindset.

5. Power BI / Power Query / SQL / automation / other BI tools preferred.

6. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

7. Experience in multi-location / multi-unit businesses preferred.

8. Knowledge of think-cell preferred.
