Role & responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review financial statements, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting entries.
- Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, regulatory requirements,



and internal financial controls (IFC/IFCR).
- Oversee lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, and financial governance processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Collaborate with FP&A;, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, AP, AR, and senior leadership teams.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and ERP optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- 4 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, or Accounting functions.
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Statements, Month-End & Year-End Close, Statutory & Internal Audits, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Technical Accounting.
- Experience managing financial reporting across multiple entities is preferred.
- Prior experience in Skilled Services, Consulting, Big 4, or similar environments will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
