Were Hiring Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance at Birla Fertility & IVF – Gurgaon

We are looking for a finance skilled who can drive revenue assurance, financial planning, business MIS and process excellence while strengthening financial controls and governance across the business.

Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: CA/CMA – 3–5 years OR MBA Finance – 8–10 years

Industry: Open to all industries, including new-age startups

:

Revenue Assurance , Billing & Collections

- Ensuring adherence to billing policy , derive audit and plug leakages
- Collection reconciliations conduct 3 way match and ensure Zero leakages.
- Formulate SOP’s on Revenue assurance and collection
- Monitor patient advances and ensure on time settlements.
- Leads Pricing function across the clinics.

Doctor & Incentive Payouts

- Compute Revenue share and ensuring on time payouts to Doctors as per agreed Terms .
- Compute incentives across various functions as per Incentive Policy and ensure timely payouts

FP&A;

- Support in Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance analysis, and MIS .
- Derive Monthly Book closure and adherence of Monthly closure checklist
- Prepare various Dashboards to derive operational efficiency




- Support in preparation of Board review decks .

Process Excellence & Automation

- Actively involved in tech based automations which includes HIS and ERP implementation , AI based automation , Advance excel etc.
- Strengthen SOPs, policy documentation, and operational checklists

Financial Oversight & Governance

- Establish robust tracking of operational spends
- Ensure DOP Adherence
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and audit readiness
- Improve audit efficiency and internal review mechanisms

Team Management

- Manage and build capability within the team
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration

Technical

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
