We are looking for an experienced Excise Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to manage PAN-India excise compliance, licensing, product registrations and regulatory requirements for our alcoholic beverage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage state-wise excise licenses, registrations, renewals and statutory compliances.
- Handle brand, label and SKU/product registrations across states.
- Coordinate with State Excise Departments on approvals, queries, objections and regulatory matters.
- Manage EDP, MRP/MSP, cost cards and state-wise pricing submissions.
- Conduct market price benchmarking and track state-wise pricing changes.
- Manage excise documentation including permits, bonds, BGs and statutory submissions.
- Ensure label and packaging artwork compliance/validation.
- Monitor state excise policies and assess their impact on pricing and business operations.
- Support new state,



SKU and product launches from an excise and regulatory perspective.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Legal, Marketing and external consultants.
- Maintain comprehensive excise trackers, approvals, documentation and regulatory records.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Excise / Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the AlcoBev industry.
- Strong understanding of Indian State Excise regulations and processes.
- Hands-on experience in brand/label registrations, pricing approvals and excise licensing.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple states, deadlines and regulatory requirements simultaneously.
