Quikjet Cargo Airlines (AOC No. S-34) operates Boeing 737-800BCF freighter fleet. We’re looking for a Manager – Engineering Services to lead continuing airworthiness for the fleet, starting immediately.

You’ll own:

- Continuing airworthiness & Certificate of Airworthiness validity
- AD/SB evaluation and timely compliance
- AMO liaison and performance management
- Aircraft Maintenance Programme & reliability monitoring
- Technical records, publications and manuals (CAME, EPM, AMP, MEL)

We’re looking for: Strong CAR-M/CAMO experience, ideally on 737 or similar transport aircraft, and someone who can stand behind their own records at a DGCA audit.

✅ Key responsibilities

- Manage Technical Services, Engineering Planning, Technical Records, Technical Publications, and Maintenance & Material Planning functions.
- Oversee continuing airworthiness activities, Airworthiness Reviews, AD/SB compliance, aircraft configuration, and DGCA/OEM regulatory requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and follow up on scheduled maintenance, modifications, repairs, engine performance, reliability trends, and maintenance programme effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance records, aircraft logbooks, technical data, manuals, technical libraries,



and airworthiness documentation are maintained and updated.
- Liaise with aircraft/engine/component manufacturers, design organizations, and contracted AMOs to resolve technical issues, monitor maintenance performance, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Develop long-term engineering plans, budgets, KPIs, maintenance cost forecasts, audit actions, personnel development, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational reliability.
