Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting/ERP systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of cash flow and working-capital management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Candidates from Retail, Apparel, E-commerce, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer businesses will be preferred.
