What you will do:

Technical Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operational coordination for assigned data operations processes, services, and governance routines.
- Support implementation of operational processes, service management practices, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs, scorecards, service metrics, issue logs, and performance reporting for leadership review.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities focused on process efficiency, automation opportunities, and operational consistency.
- Partner with Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, Platform, and Governance teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
- Facilitate service reviews, operational checkpoints, escalation follow-ups, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Support operational readiness activities for new data capabilities, including transition checklists,



documentation, support handoffs, and runbook maturity.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, controls evidence, service documentation, and process guidance for assigned areas.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure assigned processes align with enterprise governance, risk management, security, privacy, and operational control expectations.
- Coach analysts and contributors on data operations practices, reporting standards, and continuous improvement methods.

Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Creates a collaborative team environment and works effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and follow-through when coordinating complex operational issues.
- Drives results by tracking action items, clarifying ownership, and escalating blockers in a transparent manner.
- Influences peers and partners through data-driven recommendations and practical improvement plans.
- Builds productive relationships across Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, Platform, and Governance teams.
- Uses operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.




- Applies structured problem-solving methods and adapts well to changing priorities.

What you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related discipline required.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, PMO, service management, data operations, analytics operations, or enterprise delivery support.
- Experience coordinating operational processes, governance routines, service reviews, or cross-functional support activities.
- Experience developing KPIs, operational dashboards, scorecards, process documentation, and performance reports.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, issue management, process improvement, controls, and operational governance practices.
- Prior experience guiding analysts, coordinating work, or leading small workstreams preferred.

Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:
- Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, service management, or process improvement training preferred.
- Experience coordinating service reviews, operational metrics, or governance routines strongly desired.

Certifications:
- Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, service management, or process improvement certification preferred.
