Responsibilities:

1. Physician Engagement:

- Identify, approach, and engage skilled and experienced clinicians for collaboration with the hospital/Clinics.

1. On boarding and Integration:

- Oversee the seamless on boarding process for clinical staff, ensuring a smooth integration into the hospital/Clinic environment.

- Collaborate with the HR department and Operataions to enhance on boarding programs tailored to clinicians.

1. Administrative Optimization:

- Manage and optimize administrative functions within healthcare settings to ensure efficient operations of clinicians.

- Work towards enhancing operational work flow for improved patient care and clinician satisfaction.

1. Collaboration with Leadership:

- Collaborate with hospital/Clinic leadership to streamline processes, aligning them with the mission and goals.

- Contribute to enhancing overall organizational effectiveness in delivering quality healthcare services.

1. Industry Awareness:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Implement initiatives that align with current healthcare practices and advancements.

1. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, medical staff, marketing team , operations team and other key stakeholders in the healthcare system.

1. Communication and Advocacy:

- Effectively communicate organizational goals,



value propositions, and success stories

- Advocate for the needs and concerns of clinicians within the organization.

1. Training and Development:

- Conduct presentations and training sessions to enhance the understanding and adoption of key initiatives, ensuring continuous professional development.

Technology &

- Process Adoption

- Support clinicians in adopting digital tools, EMR/HIS systems, operational workflows, and organizational processes.

Conflict Resolution &

- Escalation Management

- Address clinician concerns and operational escalations in a timely and qualified manner.

- Facilitate resolution between clinicians and internal departments when required.

Performance &

- KPI Tracking

- Track engagement metrics, onboarding success rates, clinician participation, and operational KPIs.

- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Clinician Retention &

- Satisfaction

- Monitor clinician satisfaction levels and implement engagement/retention initiatives.

- Conduct regular feedback sessions and relationship reviews with clinicians.
