About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic business partnering across multiple international regions.

This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with senior leadership, including the CFO and regional Managing Directors, providing financial insights that drive strategic decisions around growth, staffing, project profitability, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Partner with regional leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop revenue forecasts, project profitability analysis, and staffing models.
- Drive scenario planning and business case development.
- Support finance systems modernization and reporting improvements.
- Prepare Board and Executive-level financial reports and presentations.
- Improve FP&A; processes and reporting frameworks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A; professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting,



financial modelling, and business analytics.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or international organizations will be an advantage.
- Experience managing small teams and mentoring finance professionals.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across different time zones.
