HIRING – MANAGER | BUSINESS ADVISORY & INTERNAL AUDITS

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years Post-Qualification Experience

Qualification: CA

Eligibility: Candidates currently residing in Mumbai only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead a team of 5–6 interns and allocate tasks across internal audit and business advisory assignments.
- Plan, conduct and review Internal Audits and Internal Financial Control (IFC) Audits to assess risk management, compliance and control effectiveness.
- Identify process inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Provide Business Advisory services, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Assist clients in setting up and optimizing MIS for improved financial and operational decision-making.
- Evaluate appropriate growth strategies and support clients in scaling their businesses through improved financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor interns by providing technical guidance and ensuring quality and accuracy of audit and advisory deliverables.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS





Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience

Robust experience in Business Advisory / Internal Audit / IFC / Risk Advisory

Candidates should have relevant articleship experience or 2–4 years of strong post-qualification experience in the same domain

Ability to independently handle assignments from Day 1

Strong client interaction and relationship-management skills

Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience in team handling and mentoring

Preference: Candidates who can independently manage client assignments and confidently interact with clients.
