We’re Hiring | Manager – AR/AP

TheSquare is looking for an experienced Manager – AR/AP to lead our UK and international finance operations.

We are particularly interested in professionals with a background in Hospitality, Travel, Corporate Housing, Serviced Apartments, or Accommodation .

? Location: Delhi, India

? Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8.5 hours)

? Working Days: Monday–Friday + any 2 Saturdays per month

? Experience: 10 to 15 years

? Qualification: MBA / M.Com / CA Inter

Key Responsibilities

? Lead end-to-end AR & AP operations across UK and international entities

? Oversee collections, credit control, supplier pay runs, and invoice management

? Review UK & non-UK payment runs , margin reports, and payment approvals

? Manage refunds, chargebacks, cash allocation, and bank reconciliations

? Ensure UK VAT / UK tax compliance and support month-end & year-end closures

? Drive management reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvements

? Manage stakeholder queries, escalations, and finance shared mailboxes

? Lead teams with a hands-on and strategic approach

What We’re Looking For





✅ 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in AR/AP or senior finance operations

✅ Hospitality / Travel / Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartments / Accommodation industry experience preferred

✅ Experience managing finance operations for a business with ₹200+ crore revenue

✅ Exposure to rapid-growth, scale-up, start-up, venture-backed, or PE-owned environments

✅ Strong experience in UK Accounts / international finance operations

✅ Proven expertise in collections, credit control, and financial planning

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to manage complex processes, contracts, and multiple priorities
