Manager - Application & AI Development (urgent openings).

Reports to VP Systems and Analytics

Role Alignment: Must be a hands-on Full Stack Lead/Manager who can code, not a pure AI Architect.

Core Stack: Robust combination of React (frontend), Java/Spring Boot (backend), and Python/AI (model optimization/local LLMs).

Logistics & Shift: Explicitly willing to work 100% Work from Office and permanent US CST/EST Night Shifts.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join in two weeks would be ideal.

Role

- This role is to oversee delivery of offshore tech teams and contribute as a bridge between US and offshore
- Provide technical development skills in multiple areas of software development including but not limited to AI.
- This requires full stack experts here not just those with python AI skills and this opening does not have any role to AI Architect

Skills




- React for desktop and mobile
- Springboot
- MSSQL on Azure and AWS
- Python and AI Model on Azure and other Clouds
- Experience in setting up and scaling Local LLMs
- Able to optimize AI models and DB for throughput and costings with demonstrable track record
- Ability to use AI assisted software development
- Full understanding of Devops, DevSecOps and build pipelines for Dev, Test and Prod
- Demonstrable experience with 2 references in building scalable applications for 2 past clients

- Ability to communicate and document fluently in English
