About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts Receivable to manage the company's accounts receivable function across e-commerce, B2B and offline sales channels.

The role will be responsible for billing, collections, channel reconciliations, payment tracking, dispute resolution, AR reporting and strengthening financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage billing and accounts receivable across e-commerce, B2B and offline sales channels.
- Reconcile marketplace and customer settlements with sales, commissions, fees, returns, discounts and other adjustments.
- Manage B2B billing and reconciliation across customer and vendor portals.
- Handle accounting and receivable management for General Trade, Modern Trade and kiosk channels.
- Review channel-specific commercial terms, promotions, discounts, returns and deductions.
- Maintain accurate AR ageing and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Identify and resolve short payments, deductions, claims and other customer disputes.
- Prepare regular AR, collections and reconciliation MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Operations and Finance teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready receivable records.
- Support internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements in billing, reconciliation, collections and AR controls.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG or D2C.
- CA, CMA, CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
- Strong practical experience in marketplace, customer or vendor settlement reconciliation.
- Good understanding of billing, collections, returns, discounts, deductions and commercial adjustments.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Good understanding of AR ageing and collection processes.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage AR processes and drive timely closure of outstanding issues.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
