We’re Hiring: Manager – Accounts

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, auditing, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reports.

Manage Drawing Power (DP), Cash Credit (CC), and banking documentation.

Support fund-raising activities and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.

Handle statutory, internal, and external audits.

Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and related statutory compliances.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily accounting transactions

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks,



and management,

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance

At least 4 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm

Hands-on knowledge of DP, CC, Balance Sheet finalization, fundraising, taxation, auditing, and bank reconciliation

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel

Valuable understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
