Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Management Trainees to join our Sales team.This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in real estatesales. As a Management Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while learningthe end-to-end sales process, customer handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Learn the company's products, projects, and sales process.

Generate leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

Assist in project presentations and site visits.





Build customer relationships and update CRM records.

Attend training sessions and developer meetings.

Work with Team Leads to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on market trends.

Eligibility

Any Graduate

Freshers preferred (01 year experience).

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Automobiles, orEdTech may also apply.
