About Us:

Samvedna Development Society is a dynamic and forward-thinking nonprofit organization committed to driving positive social change. We are looking for experienced and passionate Master Trainers to support a 14-month training project focused on Electric Vehicles (EV) and Solar Energy across Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

The selected Master Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical, and engaging offline training programmes while supporting effective implementation of the project across assigned locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of assigned technical training programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Deliver assigned EV or Solar training modules as per the defined curriculum, content, and training methodology.
- Conduct engaging, interactive, practical, and participative offline training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts and industry practices in a clear and learner-friendly manner.
- Demonstrate practical applications, processes, tools, equipment, and technical concepts wherever applicable.
- Assess participant understanding and provide appropriate feedback, clarification, and learning support.
- Ensure training content, activities, and assessments are delivered as per prescribed standards and timelines.
- Maintain high standards of training quality and participant engagement.

Training Coordination & Management

- Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned training sessions, including preparation, coordination, attendance, and session documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams, project teams, training partners, and other stakeholders for smooth programme implementation.
- Support planning and scheduling of training sessions across assigned locations.
- Identify operational or training-related issues and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Maintain skilled conduct and ensure adherence to project guidelines during training delivery.
- Be available for training assignments for up to 100 days during the 14-month project period.

MIS, Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, participant details, session completion, and training activities.
- Prepare and submit training reports and relevant programme documentation.
- Maintain records of participant feedback, assessments, and training outcomes.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager and project team.
- Support the project team in maintaining accurate training-related MIS and documentation.

Qualifications:

For EV Master Trainer:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automobile/EV industry.
- Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience or working knowledge in the EV sector.
- Strong understanding of EV technologies, automobile systems, and relevant industry practices.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Kolkata.




- Willingness and availability to travel/work for up to 100 days during the 14-month project.

For Solar Master Trainer:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience or working knowledge in the Solar sector.
- Prior experience in training, facilitation, or technical instruction will be preferred.
- Good understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and industry practices.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Kolkata.
- Willingness and availability to travel/work for up to 100 days during the 14-month project.
