Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves designing, maintaining, and improving MIS reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities include collecting and validating data from multiple sources, performing regular analysis, and presenting findings in transparent, structured formats. The MIS Executive will monitor key performance indicators, identify data trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.



The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, timely reporting, and effective communication of insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and work with complex data sets.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including creating, updating, and automating reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting data insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools; familiarity with databases or BI tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an MIS, data analysis, or reporting role is beneficial.
