Company Description Sonaca Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading aluminium scrap recycling company based in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, specializing in premium-quality aluminium ingots. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with advanced German technology and a robust monthly melting capacity of 1,200 MT.

Sonaca focuses on low iron (Low Fe) aluminium alloys designed for Gravity Die Casting (GDC) applications, serving both automotive and non-automotive sectors. Its alloys are recognized for consistency, metallurgical precision, and performance. Guided by innovation, sustainability, and strict quality standards, Sonaca promotes responsible recycling and circular manufacturing practices.

Role Description The Management Representative – Quality is a full-time, on-site position based in Khed. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, applicable standards, and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include independently handling internal audits and coordinating customer, certification, surveillance, and external audits; managing CAPA, root cause analysis, and key quality metrics; and preparing and reviewing quality documentation and audit records. The role also involves supporting management reviews,



facilitating cross-functional communication on quality issues, coordinating quality-related training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The MR – Quality will work closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to strengthen quality awareness, improve production processes, ensure QMS effectiveness, and support customer satisfaction.

Internal

Auditor certification and relevant experience in QMS and audit handling are preferred.

Qualifications

· Relevant experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing industry.

· Positive knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

· Experience in conducting and handling internal audits independently.

· Experience in coordinating and handling customer, certification, and surveillance audits.

· Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Relevant Internal Auditor certifications will be preferred.

· Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
