We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility-related requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, switches, sockets, lights, and related systems.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and other operational machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Identify potential maintenance issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors whenever specialized repairs are required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Follow company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and operational maintenance requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in F&B;, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery, or Commercial Facilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field will be preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent maintenance requirements.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required.
