Key Responsibilities

- minimum experience 2 to 5 years
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and air conditioning equipment.
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical fixtures, wiring, switches, sockets, pumps, pipes, and plumbing fittings as required.
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, ductable units, and other HVAC equipment.
- Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical equipment and report any abnormalities.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs,



and equipment inspections.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized maintenance is required.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a protected and clean condition.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hospitals, commercial buildings, hotels, or industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and facility management practices.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
