- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of the hospital.

- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility-related works.

- Assign duties to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Conduct regular inspection of equipment, systems, and infrastructure.

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, generators, pumps, AC systems, lifts, and other utilities.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service agencies when required.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

- Attend emergency maintenance issues and take prompt corrective action.

- Monitor inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.

- Support NABH, fire safety, and statutory compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
