Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day school maintenance; supervise electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and general repair work; monitor campus infrastructure and facilities; coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution; inspect buildings, classrooms, hostels, and common areas; maintain maintenance records and ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper upkeep.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant discipline, 2–4 years of experience in school, residential, facility, or building maintenance, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and repair work, valuable vendor/staff coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintenance records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
