We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to handle overall plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team.
- Reduce machine downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan maintenance schedules and maintain records.
- Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance vendors.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments.
- Ensure safety and maintenance standards are followed.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant maintenance experience.




- Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Strong team management and troubleshooting skills.
