We are scouting for a Maintenance Lead (Pan India) for a leading company in the QSR / Cafe industry.

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of outlet infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, equipment and other maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance operations across multiple outlets across India.
- Handle electrical, HVAC, equipment, plumbing, civil, carpentry and general maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and maintenance audits.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service partners.
- Track breakdowns and ensure timely closure within defined TATs.
- Maintain records of assets, breakdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Support recent outlet openings, equipment installation and store renovations.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, costs and AMC activities.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance and regional teams.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed within timelines and budgets.




- Travel extensively across India as required.

Candidate Profile

- Current experience should be in Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering or a similar function.
- Experience in QSR, Cafe, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality or other multi-location businesses preferred.
- Strong hands-on understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, equipment and general maintenance.
- Experience managing maintenance vendors and service partners.
- Should have experience handling maintenance across multiple stores/outlets or locations.
- Strong ownership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
