- Handle day-to-day plant maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.




- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth operation of production machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure minimum production downtime. Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and electrical safety procedures.
