Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Reporting To: Maintenance Head / AGM Maintenance

Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support plant maintenance activities with a solid focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance records, ISO documentation, maintenance MIS and equipment history management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists and completion records.
- Maintain breakdown maintenance records, downtime details and corrective action status.
- Maintain machine-wise equipment history and maintenance records.
- Maintain and update Maintenance Department ISO documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Maintenance MIS.
- Compile maintenance data and prepare Excel charts, graphs and trend reports.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for maintenance and management reviews.
- Support ISO, internal and external audits.




- Coordinate with Maintenance Engineers and Technicians for PM completion and documentation.
- Support breakdown analysis and identification of repeated equipment issues.
- Maintain proper document control, filing and accuracy of maintenance records.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Heavy Engineering, Fabrication, Transformer Manufacturing, Automobile Components or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Note: Candidate should be willing to work from Khopoli, Maharashtra and be willing to sign a 2-year service bond with the organization.
