Role & responsibilities The incumbent would be responsible for the following:-

1. Equipment uptime

- Ensure maximum machine availability through continuous monitoring and quick corrective actions
- Focus on reducing downtime and improving overall equipment efficiency

1. Achieve quality standards

- Perform quick troubleshooting during breakdowns and restore operations efficiently
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid failures and extend equipment life

1. TPM Initiatives

- Zero Breakdown through TPM
- Implement TPM practices including autonomous and planned maintenance activities
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to eliminate recurring issues

1. Water Treatment Operations

Operate and maintain ETP, RO, and STP systems effectively
- Ensure water quality standards and compliance with environmental regulations

1. Spares management





Manage spare parts inventory with proper planning and timely procurement
- Control maintenance costs while ensuring availability for uninterrupted operations

1. Ensure uptime and efficiency of Utility equipment

- Ensure maximum uptime and efficient operation of all utility equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

1. Facilitating Energy & Cost saving Projects

- Identify, implement, and facilitate energy conservation and cost reduction projects to improve operational efficiency.

1. Erection, Installation & Commissioning of new equipments

- Plan, coordinate, and execute the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of current equipment.

1. Preparing & Maintaining Maintenance Manual
