Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in civil site management. The candidate will lead on-site execution of wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor overall plant operations to ensure work is executed as per plans and safety standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment according to scheduled plans to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose operational and technical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Supervise and participate in repair, maintenance, and replacement activities of plant equipment with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) systems and related equipment.




- Provide support in plumbing and electrical works related to plant operations and site activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution of maintenance and project-related activities.
- Calibrate and maintain plant instrumentation and control systems to ensure accurate performance and reliability.
- Assist in training new staff on site operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, maintenance records, and reports.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates on site progress, plant performance, and any issues.
