As the Associate of Finance you will be responsible for supporting various financial activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Conducting thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generating and presenting financial reports to management, highlighting key insights.
- Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Analyzing financial variances and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data and support strategic initiatives.

- Exposure to cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.
