Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali, responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily freight movements and supply chain activities. This role includes organising shipments, tracking containers, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer and carrier requirements.

The Logistics

Specialist will communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide status updates, and support smooth port, rail, and export operations.



The position also involves analysing shipment data, optimising routes, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality and cost efficiency. We operate from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM Indian Standard Time. Saturdays and Sundays are fixed offs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify issues, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes to coordinate domestic and international freight activities.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations, preferably with exposure to port, rail, or container movements.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation and tracking systems.
- Proficiency with logistics and office software (e.g., TMS, spreadsheets, email tools) and a focus on process and detail.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
