About Us:

Victory Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization operating in the mineral mining and processing sector. We are seeking two experienced, agile, and detail-oriented Logistics Managers—one dedicated to our operations in Katni, MP, and one dedicated to Nagpur, Maharashtra—to oversee dispatch, transportation networks, rake loading/rail movement, fleet coordination, and plant/site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Transportation & Dispatch: Plan, coordinate, and execute daily movement of raw minerals and finished materials from plant/mining sites to clients, processing units, and rail sidings.
- Transporter & Vendor Management: Onboard, negotiate, and maintain relationships with regional truck owners, fleet suppliers, and transport contractors to secure optimal freight rates and ensure vehicle availability.
- Rail Logistics & Rake Movement: Coordinate siding operations, track indenting, rake allocation, and loading schedules with Indian Railways authorities to minimize demurrage and wharfage charges.
- Fleet Tracking & Route Optimization: Monitor real-time vehicle transit, utilize GPS tracking systems, optimize delivery routes, and ensure zero transit spillage or loss.
- Statutory Logistics Clearances: Ensure strict compliance with transport regulations, including valid e-way bills,



transit passes (TP), weighbridge slips, and vehicle permits.
- Weighbridge & Inventory Control: Oversee weighbridge operations; reconcile gross/tare weights and audit material receipts and dispatches.
- Cost Optimization & Reporting: Monitor freight expenditures, track logistics KPIs, compile daily dispatch logs, and report directly to operations leadership.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–7+ years of hands-on logistics and supply chain experience in bulk minerals, mining, cement, steel, or heavy raw material transport.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, e-way bill generation, and GPS fleet tracking tools.
- Key Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, team leadership, route planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: High proficiency in Hindi and English. Fluency in Marathi is preferred for the Nagpur location.
