Loss Prevention Asset Protection Operations Specialist

Responsible for supporting Asset Protection Operations teams through effective communication management, invoice processing, vendor coordination, purchase order administration, and merchandise protection procurement support. This role ensures timely resolution of operational issues, accurate invoice and payment processing, compliance with alarm permit requirements, and effective execution of store support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Issue Management

- Manage / monitor the Asset Protection shared inbox (LP Invoices) and provide timely responses, inquiries addressal and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Track invoice status, coordinate with vendors / internal stakeholders for issue resolution, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain organized records of communications, invoices, and issue resolutions.

Operations Support

- Process Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices (weekly invoices received through Service Channel).
- Coordinate burglar alarm permit administration, including:
- Preparing and submitting required documentation,



managing permit renewals and notifications.
- Maintaining accurate permit records and compliance documentation.
- Process check requests and ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Research, investigate, and respond to vendor invoice inquiries.
- Process requests for merchandise protection devices from stores, coordinate ordering, tracking, and delivery of merchandise protection equipment.
- Maintain records of protection device requests and fulfillment status.
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment activities as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, asset protection administration
- Experience managing vendor, invoice & payment processing, purchase orders creation, account reconciliation
- Experience working with Service Channel, Oracle PO creation and GL Accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
